Psychotherapy and Clinical Supervision

A journey begins... I work with young children, adolescents and their caregivers supporting the many challenges that life presents. My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative to best understand and support the family's needs and strengths through changes such as the birth of a new child, changes in family composition due to death and divorce, and developmental transitions.  Additionally, I help support the family after a trauma, both current and generational, and its impact to resume better well-being and healing.

With families of young children (0-5 years), I provide dyadic therapy as a trained Infant-Parent Psychotherapist to strengthen the parent-child bond. I do work with school-aged children and adolescents in a hybrid style that involves the child/teen's caregivers. I also work individually with young adults and adults to help them explore and embody their emerging sense of self in an ever challenging world.

My practice entails a psychodynamic and relational framework that incorporates trauma informed elements. I use these to guide my assessment of your current needs and areas of strengths.
